The challenge
Delivery teams were spending the majority of each sprint on work that was necessary but not creative: writing tickets from meeting notes, producing regression tests for legacy modules, and performing first-pass code review. Release cadence had slipped to once every three weeks and the backlog of untested legacy code kept growing.
What we did
We built an agentic layer that sits inside the existing toolchain rather than beside it. Meeting transcripts become structured, estimated tickets. Legacy modules get characterisation tests generated and verified against real behaviour. Pull requests receive a first-pass review against the organisation's own standards before a human ever opens them. Every agent runs against a graded evaluation suite, so quality is measured continuously instead of assumed.
